DR D. GERARD J. LOUIS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr Gerard has been involved in the field of education, counseling, and training for almost 40 years. He has spent over 20 years in educational leadership in mission, private and international schools in Malaysia. He has been with the HELP Education Group for the last 23 years. He is currently the CEO of the HELP Education Services and oversees the management of three K-12 International Schools as well as other educational services offered by the company. He is also a Pro Vice-Chancellor at HELP University and was the Founding Principal of HELP International School.

MS ENG YOKE HAR
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Group Registrar of HELP Education Services. She has over 18 years of experience as a senior educational administrator. She previously served as Registrar of HELP University and held a similar position in another institution of Higher Learning before joining HES as a Group Registrar. She graduated with BSc Bioindustry (Hons) from University Putra Malaysia. She oversees all administrative functions in our international school and has vast experience in instituting systems and processes for educational institutions, including admissions processes, examination procedures and student records.

MR LIM YEW HONG
DIRECTOR FOR FINANCE

Finance Director of HELP Education Services. He received the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant from UK. He has over 18 years of experience specialising in finance and accounting roles in both in the education and retail/wholesale industries. He currently manages various financial entities under HELP Education Services.

DIRECTOR FOR MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

The Marketing & Communication Director of HELP Education Services. She graduated with a B. Comm. and B.A. from University of Otago, New Zealand. She has 17 years of experiences in various industries: compliance and risk management in Ernst and Young, and Marketing and Communications in World Vision and HELP International School.

MR MARTIN VAN RIJSWIJK
PRINCIPAL, HELP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Martin's over 30 years of teaching and educational experience includes more than 20 years of service in school leadership positions in various international schools around the world. He began his teaching career in schools in New Zealand and has since served as a Principal in 5 different international schools in Malaysia, Thailand, Egypt, Germany, and New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Education from Massey University, NZ; Teachers College Diploma at Wellington Teachers College, NZ; a Master's Degree in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Bath University, UK.

MR PAUL STARKIE
PRINCIPAL, CRESCENDO-HELP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL 

Paul has over 40 years experience in education with 30 years in educational leadership. Mr Paul has made a significant impact as a school leader in high-performing international schools around the world, including in Indonesia, Belgium, St Helena, Dubai and also here at CHIS. He has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and undergoing training with OfSTED (Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services, and Skills), a UK government body.

MS SHIRLEY HARRISON
EXCUTIVE PRINCIPAL, TUNKU PUTRA-HELP SCHOOLS

With more than 35 years of experience in international education in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Malaysia, Shirley is an experience leader who has guided schools in the UK, IB and Ministry Curricula from ages 3 - 19. She holds a  M.A. in Action Research for Education, University of Huddersfield, UK; PGCE English and Drama, University of Manchester, UK; and a BA (Hons) in English Studies from Manchester Polytechnic, UK.
